Electric Brewing Company: Murrieta, California
In this post we are highlighting another favorite brewery of ours, Electric Brewing Company. Located at 41537 Cherry Street in Murrieta, California, Electric is listed on the Untappd app as a Micro Brewery. Though they may be considered a Micro Brewery their selection and flavors are anything but.
Electric Brewing offers a wide variety of beers, seltzers, and ice cream. Yes you read that correct, alcoholic soft-serve ice cream. It is absolutely divine.
PARKOUR!
They are located in an industrial park across from a Parkour gym, so if you find yourself visiting them, know that there is one thing you must do to make the visit complete. You’ll need to exit your vehicle, throw yourself against the nearest wall or balance on your hands off of your own car (I cannot stress your OWN car enough) and yell PARKOUR! Example below if you need reference.
A Bit About Electric Brewing Company
As per their website – The Electric Brewing Company in Murrieta is a small-batch, electric-fired, craft brewery dedicated to the production of fine, hand-crafted ales and lagers.
Construction on the brewery began in 2013, with doors opening in 2014. The founder, Justen has been brewing beer since 2010. Their current hours of operation as of the writing of this post are Friday 3-9, Saturday 1-9, and Sunday 1-6.
Our Favorite Beers from Electric Brewing Company
Below I’ll list the beers that one or both of us have given a 5/5 rating to on Untappd. For each beer I’ll include the style, ABV and IBU (if applicable. Mucho Fruito Hard Seltzers
Mucho Fruito is Electric Brewing’s line of heavily fruited hard seltzers. They don’t have a hard seltzer texture though. We find them to be more like a smoothie style feel.

- Additional- Matt checked in Mucho Fruito Coconut Lime on Untappd, but it’s the same one. Also this was like a decadent dessert or fancy drink you would imagine being served at a resort. At least to me anyway. We had it on site at the brewery and they served it with a Tajin rim which just added to the deliciousness. It would have still been a 5/5 for us without the Tajin, so bonus points for that.

SWIRL-cicles are the alcoholic soft serve cups offered by Electric Brewing Company. I thought it best to keep them separate from the beers.

Electric Brewing Company – final thoughts
We will be adding to this post in the future I’m sure. Every time we enter the brewery we find a new favorite. If you are in the Inland Empire, stop on by and visit them sometime.
Not a drinker? Have a non drinker/minor/DD with you? They have a small selection of sparkling water available in their coolers. You can also order outside food and have it delivered to the parking lot or grab it on the way. We’ve enjoyed a pizza from a local pizza shop with friends a time or two before.
